Hamilton Realty Advisors, LLC is an integrated platform of real estate services centered on the brokerage and operation of Low Income properties including Section 8, LIHTC, Rural Development and various state housing programs.

Over the course of 15 years in the multifamily industry, Hamilton Realty Advisors has closed over 228 affordable transactions, with 21 conventional market rate transactions encompassing over $900,000,000 in sales volume and nearly 32,000 units. Ultimately, it is our values and credibility, not our economic success that act as the foundation of our business.

2012 was a great year for HRA with 40 sales in 10 states, consisting of 1,254 units, valued at $40.23M. Sales included Section 8, RD and LIHTC properties and structures from GP transfer to fee simple cash transactions as well as LIHTC re-syndications.

HRA is currently handling a significant volume of transactions that would increase 2012’s sales volume two fold, which shows an increased investor appetite for low income properties.
